The Location
A beautiful apartment, just out side of Siena's city wall, located near the Porta Ovile, is such easy access to the center. Only 50 meters away, your are inside the walls and on your way to exploring this beautiful city. Both free and paid parking are available around the area
The Apartment
"Apartment Angela" has 2 bedrooms, and 1 1/2 baths, a nice kitchen and living room, and it is perfectly situated for exploration in wine country, and many beautiful hill towns, as well, easy access to Florence on train. The train station is nearby, if you want to explore different cities.It is a perfect setting for your holiday in a relaxing atmosphere and the ideal starting point for artistic and cultural excursions.
The Apartment is on the top floor with elevator, furnished modernly and nicely, with wood flooring, and air conditioning. There is a change of linens and towels every Thursday, and the apartment is rented on a weekly basis, (Thursday to Thursday) unless other arrangements are made with the owner.
The bathroom is large with shower, and the second bathroom is smaller but with shower and bathtub.
The living room has plasma TV and stereo hi-fi, and I Pod music support is available.
The kitchen is standard with dish-washer and washing machine and has everything you need for cooking.
There is internet Wi Fi service in the apartment if you carry your computer with you.
Nice and extremely large terrace (800Sq. Feet!) for having dinner with a nice view.
Prices
- 800,00€ per week based on 3 people (38,00€ each person per night)
- 700,00€ based on 2 people (50,00€ each person per night)
- 70,00€ Euro non-refundable cleaning fee
- Minimum rental period : 3 days
- 100,00€ Euro per night
- Cleaning fee by the day is 10€
- If arrival for weekly rental : Thursday to Thursday.

Booking Request & Deposit
A deposit of 1/2 the rental cost is due within 7 days of booking to confirm the reservation, the remaining one-half of the rental price is due 60 days prior to arrival at Apartment Angela. If you are making a reservation within the 60 days of arrival at Apartment Angela, payment will be due in full. Upon receipt of the initial deposit you will receive at receipt/confirmation in writing. Upon a receipt of your final payment 60 days to arrival, you will be sent a final receipt, directions to the house, and any other pertinent information to your stay.
Cancellation
CANCELLATION ONCE DEPOSIT IS CONFIRMED BUT PRIOR TO FINAL PAYMENT DUE
DATE: Any cancellation notification must be made in writing to Apartment Angela at whyman1@aol.com. The reservation deposit will be forfeited unless the property is able to be re-rented. The deposit will be returned once the re-rental of the property is confirmed.
CANCELLATION ONCE FULL FINAL PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE: Any cancellation notification must be made in writing to Doumina Whyman. The final payment is forfeited unless we are able to re-rent the property. If the property is re-rented, your full payment will be refunded once new re-rental of the property is confirmed. Please be advised that it is extremely difficult to re-rent the property once a cancellation is made within the 60 days prior to arrival date.
Cleaning
There will be a 70 Euro cleaning charge, due with your last payment, 60 days before arrival.
Linens
Bed linens and towels are provided at no extra cost and are of good quality.
Damages & Charges
Clients are required to act in a responsible manner at all times. The client is responsible for ensuring that the property is left upon departure in the same general condition and repair as on arrival.
Apartment Angela reserves the right to recover from clients the cost of any loss or damage caused by a failure to respect the property, fixtures, or fittings. Apartment Angela reserves the right to recover from clients the cost of excessive use of the telephone. Clients are required to use their long distance calling cards or credit cards when placing long-distance calls.
Arrival & Departure
Normal arrival time at the property is between 4:00 PM and 7pm (16:00 and 19:00 local time) on Saturday afternoon. Arrangements to arrive at any other time must be made before leaving the States. Departure from the property must be by 10 A.M Saturday morning.
Smoking
Guests are asked to refrain from smoking within the house. There is a large and beautiful terrace that is convenient to enjoy a cigarette or cigar.
